Students will be expected to keep abreast of technology advancements including Construction trends through quality newspapers and magazines, reference materials and appropriate documentaries.

Examination arrangements and weightings

BTEC Level 3 Extended Certificate consists of four mandatory units that provide for a combined total of 360 guided learning hours.

BTEC Level 3 Diploma consists of seven mandatory units plus three optional units that provide for a combined total of 720 guided learning hours.

Entry Requirements

A minimum of a Merit Level at BTEC Construction Level 2 is preferred.
